IDALSA is well-known at world-wide level like a refinery of aluminum recycling, of median dimension. We recycle 3500 monthly metric ton of scrap irons and aluminum by-products - with technology of systems, advanced processes and machineries that constitute a reference in a very competitive sector.
IDALSA is the first company in the world that has HRB (tilted furnace rotating) of last technology with carrying door of automatic locking of the oxicombustión equipment with a capacity of 18 Mt.
HRB automates the oxicombustión processes, allowing an important power saving and a greater recovery of aluminum. HRB improves the labor conditions and of security of the workers. HRB, with the modifications applied in IDALSA, improves the pick up and cleaning of emissions and requires a drastic minimisation of contributions of flux salts and, for this reason, a diminution of generated residues.
